Cancellation & Refund Policy for Software Subscription:

We at Zuyyu Inc reserve the right to terminate your account at any time by providing written notice via email. Such actions will take effect at the conclusion of the subscription term. Once the subscription term ends, you will no longer have access to the account, and no refunds will be issued upon cancellation.

In our sole discretion, we may immediately terminate your account under the following circumstances:

  • If you have consistently violated these terms or those related to our services.
  • If you fail to adhere to any stated restrictions.
  • If you are dissatisfied with our application or platform.

You have the option to cancel your account at any time. Should you choose to do so, your account will be deactivated, and all rights granted under the current term will be revoked. If you cancel your account before the end of your current subscription, the cancellation will be effective immediately, and you will not be eligible for a refund of any prepaid fees.

Zuyyu provides a 7 days refund policy for the subscription plan. Client or Seller can request a refund within 7 days from the date of their subscription purchase. Send an email to sales@zuyyu.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Details]." Clearly state your reason for the refund in the email and include your registered mobile number. Kindly allow a minimum of 48 hours for our response. In case you don't receive a reply within 48 hours, you may send a follow-up email in the same thread.

If you meet the criteria outlined above and would like to request a refund, kindly proceed by following the provided instructions. Upon approval of your refund request, we will initiate the refund process; with 50% of the subscription cost will be deducted to cover expenses related to account setup, menu creation, and onboarding. The remaining amount will be refunded to your account. Kindly allow 5 - 7 business days for us to process your refund request. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. We aim to provide a clear & fair refund process for our subscription services and appreciate your patience throughout this process.

Zuyyu never takes ownership of the products/services provided by the merchant, vendor, or service provider in any transaction between the user and them. Zuyyu does not assert any rights or claims over the products/services offered to the user by these entities. Any cancellation or refund, if applicable, will be subject to the terms and conditions specified by the aggregator or the merchant/vendor. Zuyyu does not play a role in determining refund or cancellation charges and is not accountable for refund or cancellation, including associated charges.

Auto Renewal

To make things easier for you, your monthly and annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless you decide to cancel the service. Before each renewal, we will send you an email that details the amount to be charged to your credit card, PayPal account, and other payments mode. Likewise, after each renewal, you will receive an email receipt that outlines the deducted amount, the next renewal date, and the next renewal amount.

We understand that sometimes customers may forget to cancel a subscription they no longer wish to keep until it has already been charged. To address this, you can request to cancel your monthly or annual subscription up to 7 business days before your renewal date by sending an email to our team. In the event we receive your cancellation request from your official email address within 7 business days, we will refund 50% of the last payment made.

However, if you fail to inform us within this timeframe, the following will occur:

For Monthly and Yearly Payments - Your subscription and auto-renewal will be canceled, with no refunds for payments already processed.
